Starting a New Group:
The best way of enjoying your interests can be by sharing them with others. So, if you have skills and interests that are not already catered for, and which you would like to share with other members please contact the 'New Groups Enabler', Brian Platts, about the possibility of starting a new group. Members can find Brian's contact details on our Contacts Page, or in Newsline.
Our national u3a body has over 80 interest group subject advisers: Click and see if your own area of interest has a national adviser, as if so you will probably find they can be very supportive of anyone thinking of becoming a group leader
Many groups have started in this way, and the large number of groups available demonstrates that it is not difficult to get others to join you.
