We all need to keep our bodies as fit as possible whatever our age or health conditions. Walking, running, swimming or attending a gym isn’t for everyone. These sessions are specifically designed to suit members who would like to get fit but find rigorous exercise is not for them. There will be two per month: Gentle Exercise Group 1 — 2nd Wednesday of the month Gentle Exercise Group 2 — 4th wednesday of the month
Members are welcome to attend both Groups which will be held at Our Lady of Victories parish centre which is located on Wolsey Close and has its own car park. Please contact the group leader shown in Newsline or on the groups list.
