HIRE of OFFICE for GROUP MEETINGS If your Group would like to use the office for a 'one-off' or regular meetings the charge to the Group is £5 for a 2 hour session and that includes the use of a kitchen and toilets close by. Depending upon the layout it can seat up to 20 people, but probably 16 comfortably. There is good wifi internet access available to U3A members using the office as well as a printer and other office equipment. Directions Our Office is located on the second floor of the Minster Chambers, Church Street, Southwell, NG25 0HD. The entrance to Minster Chambers is through the yard between the Tourist Information Minster Centre & the Minster Shop. Go up the semicircular steps through the entrance door. Up the first set of stairs, turn left through the door and up the second set of stairs and the office is on the left with a sign above the door. To ensure that there is someone in the office there is a security system adjacent to the left of the main entrance door to the building, Press the buzzer marked U3A.
