BEACON is an on-line management system developed by the National U3A specifically for local U3A’s. We will begin to use Beacon to manage our Membership Records, provide Groups & Venues information, as well as the Meetings & Events Calendar and to send emails to members- 14 Nov 2017

UPDATE - 3rd October. All of the documents should now have been re-instated. If you find a document is still missing from anywhere on the website, or an incorrect document has been re-instated please use the 'Contact Us' page to advise of the error so that it can be corrected.
Apologies if you are trying to access documents from the 'Guidance Notes & Forms' page or the 'Guidance for Trip Organisers' page. The documents have been incorrectly deleted by our Web Service Provider while undertaking maintenance on their document uploader, not by the U3A Webmaster! The Service Provider has been informed & asked to restore the documents as soon as possible. In the meantime if you need any of the documents please use theContact Us page to request one & we will email it to you.
