Instructions:

  1. Group Leaders can arrange to book the use of U3A equipment by either contacting the Holder direct or by making a request via the 'Contact Us' ​page of this website. 
  2. Please give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment as loans of equipment will be made on a 'first come, first served basis'. Some equipment may be in regular use by U3A Committee members or Groups that hold them in which case its loan cannot always be guaranteed.
  3. Equipment must be returned to the Holder after use and any damage or faults notified to the Holder at that time.
